Delivery

UK items will be sent via Royal Mail, Special Delivery. We aim to dispatch your parcel within 7 working days of receiving payment. If you require items by a certain date please email us immediately after placing your online order with a date you need it by and we will make every effort to get it to you.

Lost items

If your item does not arrive within 12 days of your order and you have not received correspondence from us informing you of a delay in delivery please contact us. Risk of loss passes to you once the item has been passed to Royal Mail.
