Returns Policy for online purchases

Many of the items available at Castor and Pollux are handmade, so there are often variations in colour, size or print registration. Some monitors may display colours of prints incorrectly and the artwork may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen. Hand made prints may have small variations in colour or pattern from the image on the website, due to the nature of some of the printing processes used. We will always endeavour to fulfill your order, but if you didn’t receive what you expected, please get in touch.

Unwanted items

Please email within seven days if an item is not to your liking. You will be responsible for the postage costs of returning the goods. Please return any unwanted items in 100% re-salable condition to be eligible for a refund.

Damaged goods

Castor and Pollux Ltd will replace goods damaged in transit. However you must email us within seven days of receipt of a damaged item to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will send a reply email containing full details of our replacement / refund procedure.  We will endeavour to offer an alternative wherever possible, as some of our unique items are not replaceable. You must keep the damaged goods together with any damaged packaging until you receive instructions on what to do with them from Castor and Pollux Ltd. Failure to do this could result in an invalid claim against our returns policy.
