New Jonathan Adler pottery in stock
Just arrived from New York is our new collection of fab pottery from Jonathan Adler.
This cute candleholder with ‘midnight’ glaze costs £95. Also new for this year are poodles, foxes, dachshund bookends and elephant bottle stoppers!

Gewoon Necklaces
Gewoon is a company renowned for it’s clean design objects in felt.
Their products are manufactured by social working places in the Netherands, by mentally and physically disabled people. The silver and gold you see here were introduced to celebrate their tenth year, in 2009.
We are magpies, as ever, and are very happy to show you the bright jewellery now available at Castor and Pollux.

This is… books from M. Sasek

M. Sasek was born in Prague in 1916 and died in Switzerzerland in 1980. He worked as a painter and illustrator for most of his life. Starting with This is Paris published in 1958, the books he wrote painted a delightful and evocative picture of some of the world’s great cities (and countries!). Having delighted children and adults for more than 50 years they are now being reissued.
Each of the books are £10.99

Fanny Shorter – Tiny birds
Ms. Shorter explained that an exhibition she was showing in had a limit to the size of picture she could show. She then went on to select all the small birds that would fit, and made beautifully executed prints of these tiny birds-actual size.

New lights!!
Exciting news! Just arrive and not yet even out of the box, Castor & Pollux are very happy to have these NUD lights from Sweden.
The 3 metre cable is in a choice of eight different colours, and there is a choice of two retro bulbs. They are £29.95, and the globe bulbs are £18.95 each.
