About us

Castor & Pollux modern artwork

Castor & Pollux is Brighton’s friendliest, beach front gallery. You will find us half way between the two piers, in the three arches that have been our home for eight years. Specialising in print and illustration, Castor and Pollux exhibits new and established, local and international artists.  Favourites include Rob Ryan, Angie Lewin, Jonny Hannah, Sanna Annuka, Roman Klonek, Anita Klein to name but a few. We are open every day for you to enjoy our art and design book shop, selection of kids toys, jewellery, textiles, pottery and paper products.

The sheer quality of hip, sophisticated stock – this shop is practically a mini design museum – yet a friendly atmosphere makes it feel relaxed.

Visit us

Castor + Pollux is on Brighton’s lower promenade halfway between the piers, and opens out onto the beach with direct views of the sea.

Walk down the hill from the station, cross over the seafront road and down the steps onto the beach. Turn left and we are fifty yards along, past the Fortune of War pub and LIFE Bar.
